Description
Vernon tells his participants and students, "Regardless of what others have told you, including yourself, you’re not tone deaf, and there is no such thing as someone who cannot sing.” Vernon's focus is to help people unblock their voice and free them from judgmental censors. His methodology fosters a sense of inner connection and well-being through music. Each of us has a truly unique voice, so we should approach it as a one-of-a-kind instrument. If you listen closely, there is a distinctive melody and rhythm even in plain speech. Each heart keeps it's own rhythm. VOICE CHURCH students joyfully discover and explore their voice as their own distinctive instrument, just as babies revel in making their first sounds. Singing is truly an expression of happiness and joy. Just notice when you catch yourself humming a tune under your breath without thinking, you are probably in a good mood and space.
