I've been part of the Wholehearted Chorus ever since I first sat in a circle of about 30 people, 4 years ago. I live with my husband, daughter and granddaughter in Carmel, where my husband Paul and I run an independent bookstore & garden shop (www.pilgrimsway.com). Although my great-great grandfather, Joao Fernandes was credited with being the first man to play the ukulele in Hawaii, I do not play,...yet. After a 20 year career in the computer industry of Silicon Valley I retired and became a professional massage therapist and taught massage certification at a local post secondary school. I am certified in Permaculture, was a student of Tom Brown Jr.'s Tracker School for nature awareness and wilderness survival training, and had a local talk radio show called Simple Life Radio. I completed Flight School in 2017 and currently I lead a song circle (Songs for the Spirit) on Tuesdays at 6:30 in Carmel at the Secret Garden behind Pilgrim's Way. On all counts I am a lover of the beauty that is created from a clear vision, open heart, full commitment and inspiration. I am happy to be here!
